We charge a flat 20% management fee on gross revenue generated — nothing more. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no surprise deductions. We only earn when you do, which means our incentives are completely aligned with yours. You'll always know exactly what you're earning and what we're taking.
Absolutely. You let us know your dates and we block them in the calendar. Your villa is still yours — we just help it earn when you're not using it.
No problem. We can take over an existing listing or start fresh — whichever makes more sense for your situation. Existing reviews and history are usually worth keeping, so we'll assess before changing anything.
Once we've agreed to work together, most villas are listed and live within two to four weeks — depending on whether photography is needed and how quickly paperwork is sorted.
No — and that's intentional. We're selective because we manage a small number of properties and want to do each one properly. If your villa isn't a fit, we'll tell you straight and explain why.
