The Story

We saw the gap. We built the solution.

Steve and Tara bring a decade of Australian real estate experience — across three agencies and 500+ properties — to villa management in Bali. When they first started spending time across Bali, they saw the same story playing out repeatedly: beautiful villas, underperforming because their owners were too far away to manage them properly, or stuck with local management companies that offered little transparency and even less accountability.

They started IDC to fix that. Not a large-scale operation with 200 villas and a call centre. A deliberately boutique company where every owner knows they're being looked after, where every villa gets treated like it's the only one.

Steve and Tara are based between Brisbane and Bali with an on-ground Bali team, bringing the communication standards and systems of Australian property management to the island's most sought-after locations.
