Who We Are

Australian professionals. Bali roots.

Steve and Tara bring a decade of real estate experience — across three agencies and 500+ properties — to villa management in Bali. They started IDC because they saw how much was left on the table when villas weren't managed with real systems and real care.

IDC is deliberately boutique. The plan is to manage 15–20 villas maximum, never 150. That means your property gets the attention it deserves — and so do your guests.

Based between Brisbane and Bali with an on-ground team, they bring the communication standards of Australian property management to the island's most sought-after locations.
