Message us on WhatsApp with your dates. We'll answer questions, send more photos and arrange a viewing or video walk-through.
We ask for ID, visa details and a little about your stay. It keeps things safe for you, the owner and the neighbours.
A clear monthly agreement, one month's deposit and the first month's rent. What's included, and what isn't, is written down.
We walk the villa with you and record its condition. Our team cleans and changes the linen every week, and stays on call for maintenance for as long as you're there.
For owners
Some villas sit in zones where short stays aren't allowed, and some owners simply prefer fewer, longer tenancies. We find and screen tenants, handle agreements, deposits and inventories, collect rent and look after the villa while it's let, including a weekly clean and linen change by our own staff at no extra cost, without tying you into a yearly lease.
